Plains Equipment Group is looking for a college undergraduate who is interested in learning more about agriculture sales.   This is a great opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales staff and learn the ins and outs of sales and agriculture.

In this position you will:

Gain product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment Gain experience with and knowledge of customer’s needs Gain knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods Assist sales representatives with paperwork and other aspects of defined sales processes Assist sales representatives with delivery of equipment Assist with inventory processes Assist with new equipment field demonstrations Monitor customer business activities and competitive business activity / products Attend sales training events/seminars

 
Skills & Qualifications:
 

• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Undergraduate Student or BS/BA in Agriculture related field
