Plains Equipment Group, a leading John Deere dealership with locations in Nebraska and Kansas, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

In this role, you will provide leadership to and develop new strategies for the financial division of the company. You will guide the financial effectiveness of the business by adding insight, recommendations and execution of profit management plans while overseeing day to day processes that allow us to achieve our short and long-term goals.

In addition to directing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, you will serve as the financial spokesperson to the Board of Directors and the leadership team, reporting corporate results, project initiatives, and financial evaluations and assessments regarding risks and opportunities.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of management experience with the financial operations of a mid to large size organization, and 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership position (CFO or Controller). Must possess the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA and MBA preferred.
