• Execute on annual budgets and business plans for the location, leading the location to achieve established goals and objectives
• Develop, coach and lead location department managers and sales staff
• Assume responsibility for Deere Performance Metrics for the location
• Lead the promotion of a 'solutions culture', engaging employees from all departments to support, promote and sell products, services and solutions to meet customer requirements
• Optimize the profitable growth of the business in all operational areas: Sales, Parts and Service
• Ensure adoption of company-wide policies and processes throughout all roles and functions
• Ensure the company core values are well assimilated into the culture
• Monitor staffing requirements and ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained; work with management team to hire and develop new employees
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any areas of concern
• Maintain clean, organized, and customer friendly facilities. Ensure retail image (Showroom and Lot) are well maintained and merchandised
• Coordinate attendance at community events: maintain local visibility and positive public relations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or operations management
• Experience with John Deere OR competitive products preferred
• Able to professionally lead and motivate others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to analyze and interpret financial reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business or related field preferred
